We sell whole and half beef, or by the cut in our shop!

We also offer a select variety of specialty products including Baldridge seasoning, CAB merchandise, specialty hotdogs, molasses cookies, cutting boards and apparel. Specialty items are available and seasonal!

What makes us eligible?

Our requirements we meet for Ranch to Table….

Cattle supply must incorporate registered Angus genetics, which may require proof of American Angus Association® active membership or proof of bull registrations. Present proof of Angus bull registrations. Submit current Beef Quality Assurance (or equivalent program) certificate. Provide standard procedures from your processors.
